Rick Santorum has received yet another distinction. A Survey USA poll released yesterday puts Rick's job approval rating at 39% and his disapproval rating at 53%.
This poll makes it official, Rick Santorum is now the least popular member of the U.S. Senate. Congratulations, Rick.

My favorite Santorum moment was when Harry Reid called the Senate into closed session, and Bill Frist, Santorum and others were so caught off guard, all they could do was cry and scream up a storm at a press conference. The puss on little Ricky's face was absolutely great.

I watched Santorum on CSPAN for an hour. Everything he said was ignorant, and either urban myth or Limbaugh-type spin and lies. Penn should be embarrassed to have ever sent this guy to Washington.
Well, it is hard to consider him a Senator for PA. He doesn't live in PA, his family doesn't live in PA, but he did expect the local PA school district to pay for his kids home schooling in Virginia.

I'm with Ryan. Santorum's poll numbers are in the tank, but it's wrong to think that means anybody can beat him. Santorum is a vicious campaigner. Once Casey comes out of hiding and the voters see he's Santorum-lite, Casey's viability will tank (like his gubernatorial run against fast Eddie).
