The Times-Tribune reports today that Vice President Dick Cheney will be in Notheastern Pennsylvania on September 23rd to hold a $1000-a-person fundraiser for Rick Santorum.

Dick must not yet have heard about the concerns that Rick has about the Administration's war policy in Iraq. We would bet that Rick won't be very critical of that, or any other Administration policy this month.
