The lies from the media never stop. The American public as a whole is unmoved by the "death toll" of American servicemen. The war in Iraq is unpopular because its a quagmire, its costing enormous amounts of money and it is so clearly an enormous blunder that people are wondering "HOW did we get into this catastrophe? HOW was it possible for our government to do something so monumentally stupid?" The American public is in "shock and awe" at the revealed insanity of the whole thing.

But the media is still spinning us with this dead US troops baloney. If the American people ever cared about soldiers getting killed, the war really wouldn't have happened.
